Excellent accommodation
Stones throw away from the rail station. Tuk tuk rides were relatively cheap. And halal food was plenty but You'd have to walk around a little bit to find them.

Good location, not worth the money
Location was the best point about this place. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms are large and hot water in shower is almost instant. Very close to Lee Garden shopping area and other shopping ares. Nice Tim Sum restaurants are just across the hotel and a convenient shop is just across the car park.
Internet never worked. Breakfast is nothing to praise about....cold fried egg, one noodle, fried rice and white rice....cater for Muslims so don't expect any pork. TV channels are very limited and I think 2-3 English channels only. No fresh toiletries supplied. Mini bar is empty. The receptionist was not aware of my booking, I had to open my mobile phone to show the reservation with bad quality WiFi. They don't know what the package was and I have to search the net to show them what my booking package was.

The pool was very dirty, I booked the hotel because it says there's an outdoor pool but it turned out that they are not using it, very upsetting.

Great location and would be better with some minor improvements.
The BP Grand Tower was close to food, shopping, and transportation. The interior is really grand when you walk in. The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast at the hotel wasn’t the best, but it will do. The staff at the hotel are very nice and the train station is right around the corner.
I don’t think the rules are enforced because there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke on our floor. The Wi-Fi is also something that needs to be improved. Down it the lobby area, it's perfect. Once you get to the room, it's another story. Most of the time we couldn’t get a signal, even when we moved closer to the router. If you book breakfast with your room it is for 2 people, no matter how many people are staying in the room.
